It is a Drug-Free Community Grant through the CDC for Salina, OK. Our mission is to reduce the availability of alcohol and other substances to youth and change the favorable attitudes about underage drinking and substance use. We do this by establishing and strengthening collaboration among the public, federal, state, local, and tribal, to support the efforts of the coalition, addressing the factors in the community that increase the risk of youth substance use, and creating sober events for youth.
